Global Engineering Services (GES)
Global Engineering Services is the key largescale engineering, productivity, new growth initiative and process standardization enabler for HPS and outside HPS. With the largest skilled engineering pool available to PAS, LSS, HCP and Cyber and ready to expand to other GBEs, GES helps win GMPs and executes them, does design, engineer and execute all the other PAS, LSS, HCI and Cyber projects based out of major engineering centers at India, China, Bucharest and Uzbekistan, helps all the LOBs to carry out engineering and process standardization to improve the engineering quality and productivity and also supports all the LOBs in supporting migrations and long-term service contracts.

THE OPPORTUNITY

The Key performance Indicator (KPI) and Data Reconciliation Lead will be responsible for design, lead and execute KPI monitoring solutions for process, Equipment and Energy and Yield Accounting solutions for the Refining, Oil and Gas, Chemical, Power and Mining Industries

Key Responsibilities

Lead the technical delivery of the project right from design to closure.
Create Design documents- FDS, DDS, test procedures and training manuals.
Lead customer meetings including KOM, design workshops, trainings, and testing.
Track and manage progress as per schedule. Report progress to all stakeholders on regular basis.
Design and build performance and analytical models for new equipment types.
Design and build models for process scenarios.
Manage customer expectation and ensure delivery within budget and timelines.
Plan the engineering activities and ensure progress as per plan.
Address customer issues on time by escalating to the right internal stakeholders
Follow the Company defined standard practices and methods

YOU MUST HAVE
7-12 years’ experience in designing and implementing Key performance Indicator and Data Reconciliation solutions for refining, petrochemical, mining, power, or other chemical industries
Excellent understanding and knowledge of the Equipment, Energy, and process Monitoring KPI’s in the Refining and chemical process industries.
Able to Identify, define and build KPI for equipment, process and Energy parameters for various process units and Departments.
Knowledge of Refinery Operations, Refinery Configuration and business Process involved right from Crude purchase to Product Dispatch operations,
Hands on experience in model building, Configuration and testing for Mass/ Energy Balance using Honeywell Production Accounting and Reconciliation/Production Balance or Belsim Vali or Aspen AORA
Experience in writing SQL queries and stored procedures
Working experience of integration with other systems using OPC, OLEDB, ODBC and web services.
Experience in implementing KPI and Yield Accounting solutions using Visual MESA, Honeywell Production Accounting and Reconciliation /Production Balance, Belsim Vali, Sigma fine etc,

Qualifications

BE/B.Tech/M. Tech in Chemical, Instrumentation or Computer Science Engineering.
Travel:        40 to 50% of time
