Zepto Café - City Training Lead

We are building a strong team of passionate professionals in the Training team who can deliver hands-on training to our team to achieve our quick delivery goal. Zepto Café is looking to expand its operation across 200 stores within the next 6 months and develop talent internally to cater the needs of the customers.

Employment: Full Time
You will promote the brand image and culture using targeted training activities by working closely with the central training and operations teams to identify where focus on product knowledge and brand understanding will foster a strong brand identity. You will identify and deliver relevant training to potential high potential talent and develop them.

You will:

* Develop content of programs to meet the needs of the brand (digital as well as physical)
* Run on the Job training campaigns for the team enabling them to build a strong understanding around the food and beverage items being prepared and packed.

* Deliver development training and support the roll out of programs, making recommendations for continuous improvement.

* Manage the quality of activities and presentations to ensure a high standard of training delivery.
* Travel to each store and engage with the team regularly and conduct training and analysis.

Requirements
You will have/be:
* A minimum of 2-5 years' training management experience within a large food and beverage QSR organization with a comprehensive knowledge of products and applications-For Mumbai

* An IHM graduate or experience in Food service.

* Excellent brand understanding

* Basic training skills
