Summary: As an Operations Engineer, you will support the operations and/or manage delivery for production systems and services based on operational requirements and service agreement. You will ensure the smooth functioning of the systems and contribute to the overall success of the organization. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform. - Responsible for team decisions. - Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions. - Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams. - Ensure the smooth functioning of production systems and services. - Manage delivery for production systems based on operational requirements and service agreement. - Identify and resolve operational issues in a timely manner. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure effective communication and coordination. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Red Hat OS Administration. - Good To Have Skills: Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS or Azure. - Strong understanding of system administration and troubleshooting. - Experience in managing and supporting production systems. - Knowledge of scripting languages such as Shell or Python. - Familiarity with monitoring tools and techniques. - Ability to analyze and resolve complex technical issues. - Excellent communication and collaboration skills. Additional Information: - The candidate should have a minimum of 5 years of experience in Red Hat OS Administration. - This position is based at our Indore office. - A 15 years full time education is required.
