Job Description
- Develop a holistic security architecture framework that encompasses network security, application security, cloud security, and data protection.
- Lead the integration of modern security technologies and practices into all aspects of the IT infrastructure, including cloud services, mobile platforms, and emerging technologies.
- Collaborate with business and IT stakeholders to understand their needs and ensure that security measures do not impede business operations while maintaining a high level of protection.
- Conduct risk assessments and security reviews for existing and new technologies, identifying vulnerabilities and recommending mitigations.
- Stay abreast of the latest cybersecurity threats, technologies, and regulations to ensure our security architecture is proactive and comprehensive.
- Develop and enforce security policies, standards, and guidelines that align with industry best practices and regulatory requirements.
- Facilitate security awareness training and promote a culture of security mindfulness across the organization.
- Lead incident response planning and execution, ensuring rapid recovery and mitigation of security breaches.
- Evaluate and recommend security solutions and services, managing relationships with vendors and partners to enhance our security posture.
Primary Skills
- Expertise in cloud security architectures, identity and access management (IAM), network security, and data encryption technologies.
- Strong experience with cybersecurity tools and practices, including SIEM, firewalls, intrusion detection/prevention systems, and vulnerability management.
- Proven ability to design and implement comprehensive security solutions in complex, multi-platform environments.
- Excellent problem-solving skills, with the ability to think strategically and tactically about security challenges.
- Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex security concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
