Lead Cell Process
Responsibilities
- Oversee the Process Engineering activities in the cell plants and drive continuous improvement by implementing best known practices.
- Ensure product reliability while new changes are implemented. Troubleshooting in cell line with respect to wet chemistry or thermal processes or printing would be highly desirable.
- Responsible for Manpower Planning in Cell Line related to cell process to support smooth and safe cell manufacturing operation.
- Responsible to develop process control procedures (CTQ) for each process steps and preparing MQP
- Collaborate with material suppliers and equipment vendors to realise synergy in continuous improvements. Drive Process yield improvement and reduce material consumption & process cycle time to achieve cost competitiveness
- Responsible to monitor process control charts (day to day) and instruct shift process engineers to maintain the performance parameters under control
- Responsible to prepare necessary SOP, work instructions for all measurement tools of Four Probe, EL, and Lifetime scanner, Core scan tester.
- Design DOE for cell efficiency improvement
- Motivate and lead team of Process engineers in all continuous improvement projects related to cost, quality & process stability using Six-Sigma, Kaizen or similar applicable methodology. Engage and lead team towards Industry 4.0. focussing on AI and data analytics
- Preparation of Process MIS and Analysis on CTQ Parameters and Cell performance.
- Prepare training materials to train shop floor Operators for all corrective and preventive actions for related process issues
- Responsible for maintaining ISO documents and TQM Concept on Shop Floor
Qualifications
B.E /B.Tech (Electrical / Electronics / Material), M.Sc. M.Tech, PhD, ( Physics/Solid state technology/Material Science)
