Officer
Responsibilities
- Oversee the crushing and processing of copper revert materials to ensure the efficient operation of the smelter - Implement and maintain standard operating procedures for smelter operations related to revert crushing - Monitor equipment performance and coordinate maintenance activities to minimize downtime and optimize production output - Collaborate with the operations team to identify and implement process improvements that enhance productivity and efficiency - Ensure compliance with safety regulations and promote a culture of safety among the team - Conduct regular inspections and audits to identify and address potential hazards and operational issues - Prepare reports on production and equipment performance, highlighting areas for improvement and optimization - Train and mentor junior team members to develop a skilled and knowledgeable workforce
Qualifications
- 3-6 years of experience in the Copper Business industry
- Bachelor's degree in Metallurgical Engineering, Chemical Engineering, or a related field
