Associate Manager - Business Excellence
Responsibilities
1) Establishment of a Lean Manufacturing Process for the manufacturing of Nacelles, Hubs and Drive trains
2) Create a Kaizen culture among the team
3) Spearhead and drive continuous improvement strategy for both assembly and Warehousing activities
4) Establishing assembly processes, systems and procedures
5) To support IMS and Business Excellence implementation
6) Development of proto types
7) To ensure HSE requirements
Qualifications
Educational Qualification: Essential: Graduate in Mechanical/Electrical/Production/ Industrial Engineering.
Desirable: Post-Graduate Degree, Green Belt or Black Belt Certifications in Six Sigma or Lean
Experiences: Should have worked in Nacelle assembly factory handling a team in Process & continuous improvements independently for at least 5 years. Need to have good exposure on Lean Manufacturing
