Responsibilities

• Safety / Near miss reporting and timely closure of EHS points in Gensuit • Safety interaction with associate and update the feedback in Gensuit. • Production line reviews for manpower/break down if any, any abnormality and line round. Communication Meeting with associates / Team leader to ensure 100% production as per plan • Previous day Production Quality deliverables and Gap analysis • Operation meeting • Review of cost parameters, Review with CFT team for BOM material loss reduction and improvement projects • Line in charge meeting with operator, defect discussion/production output • Meeting with cleaning/loading unloading /BOPT operator-helpers • Analysis of Customer complaint and timely closure of CAPA in system • Verification and sign the daily check sheets • Defect review and rework as per quality MIS • Daily PO status, Ensure FIFO of in process material for timely closure in SAP for accurate costing of production orders. • Daily check of required tools on line and spare availability • Daily check of safety actions are in place • Daily associate attendance / leave authorize and monthly shift schedule to balance the shifts • Ensure production consumable and equipment utilization as per budget target. • Responsible for Proper Manpower handling for Production line. • Handling of Entire Production Line of GW scale • Ensuring day wise & shift wise volume as per ABP targets. • Scheduling variant wise products as per the dispatch meeting CRDD (Customer requirement delivery date) • Monthly WIP & Shop floor inventory analysis and corrective measures. • Responsible for QMS in Compliance with ISO 9000:2008, ISO 14001, OHAS: 18001. • Implementation of TQM Concept on Shop Floor like 5S,3M,JIT,Suggestion Scheme.
