Analyst

Email Marketing Analyst will be part of our Digital Enablement team. The responsibilities of the role include: Understanding of marketing automation platforms / email service providers such as Adobe Campaign Classic.

• Manage end-to-end deployment of email marketing campaigns for KPMG UK’s digital events, newsletters, and website updates
• Understanding of marketing automation platforms / email service providers such as Adobe Campaign Classic
• Handle requests around email creation, campaign reporting, event registration pages, and CRM data investigation
• Coordinate and collaborate with KGS teams (Campaign, Content, Brand and Risk) to gather request requirements, while keeping the teams updated on the deployment timelines
• Adhere to the quality norms and offer improvements on the effectiveness of an email marketing strategy 
  

Educational qualifications 
University degree or equivalent.

Skillset:
Conceptual knowledge of digital marketing and email marketing concepts

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Attention to detail, problem solving and the ability to grasp complex systems, tools, regulations, and guidelines
• Adaptability to a dynamic environment often accompanied by shifting priorities 
• Working to strict deadlines and willingness to adjust to UK shift timings (2:00 PM – 10:30 PM IST)

• CRM tools like Workfront, JIRA, JobTrack, etc. 
• Good understanding and experience of marketing automation platform like Marketo, Eloqua, etc. is a plus
