The purpose of this position is to devise EHS plans, monitor practices to ensure compliance in the value stream activities and operations for the specific business/unit 

• EHS Management System Implementation

  Demonstrate commitment to a high standard of safety and ensure compliance with Safety, Health and Environmental plan by adhering to all safety laws and the Company's safety policies.

  Enhancement of location EHS maturity year on year

• EHS Risks/Impact Assessment Monitoring

  Review EHS Data Packages, Hazard Analyses, and other supporting data. Track, manage, and mitigate safety risks; report status at review forums. Participate in and provide recommendations for EHS process improvements.

• Worker Engagement & Improvement Initiatives

  Communicate by providing a common direction and commitment for achieving goals and improvement initiatives and develop a mechanism to enhance worker involvement in EHS improvement activities

• Enabling Competency & Coaching

• Bachelor degree in engineering (mechanical/electrical/environment)
• Advance diploma in industrial safety (mandatory)
• 5-7 years in manufacturing Industry
• 3+ years of work experience in HSE function

Knowledge & Functional skills:

• Competent knowledge in EHS Management system requirements understanding and implementation
• Advanced knowledge of incident investigation and root cause analysis
• Proficiency in environmental parameters, chemical reactions and it's reaction on human health & work environment
• Basic knowledge on emerging technologies and related risks
• Basic/Advanced knowledge on data digitization and visualization tools (Power BI)
• Competent in networking with professional communities to bench mark best practices
