The purpose of this position is to create a culture across value chain that embraces the adaption of BPS (Bosch Production System) principles in line with business requirement and fulfillment of BPS standards.

Strategy Implementation: Create ideas to determine flexibility of utilizing lean manufacturing by kaizen and conduct root-cause analysis to formulate and support innovation, corrective actions and improvements

Employee Engagement & Improvement Initiatives: Contribute through motivating employees to identify gaps to prevent waste and inefficiency in production along with benchmarking the best practices to achieve manufacturing excellence

Competence Development: Conduct BPS qualification & competence development programs for value stream to build competency in the plant

BPS Assessments: Assist value stream in developing and implementing BPS plans that align with overall business strategy use input to establish BPS standards during concept and implementation of I4.0 projects related to BPS maturity

Competence Development: Develop competencies in the functional area based on present and future trends as per the business requirements

B.E in Mechanical / Industrial Engineering / Production Engineering

3+ years of experience in operational business (production, logistics, planning, etc.)
* Experience of participating in lean improvement projects
* Experience in lean methods related to production, logistics and project management

* Experience in driving CIP initiatives across plant

Competence in lean manufacturing and logistics methods
* Advanced continuous improvement techniques
* Competent in BPS methodology

Competent to implement BPS elements in manufacturing
* Proficient skills in CIP worksop moderation, problem analysis, problem-solving, and design thinking
