Process development expert in Grinding processes (eg. External & profile grinding, Internal Grinding, lapping, Centerless grinding, etc. of alloy steel components used in Fuel injection)

• New/Reused Machine tryout - Pre and Final acceptance
• Establishment of new product/new types, parallel release and samples process establishment
• Execute projects with VS for achieving Cost, Quality and productivity targets using CIP and other methodologies
• Support VS for trouble shooting for Technical / Quality Breakdowns and Process investigation
• Establishment of new tools/grinding wheels/fixtures
• Development & Implementation of I4.0 solutions
• Creating and Maintaining Process Data Sheets
• Developing and guiding associates to improve/retain Competence
• Cycle time reduction, Defect cost reduction, Cost reduction with RPP measures
• Design Approval Process discussion with machine suppliers
• Knowledge FMEA, PPAP, 8D, CAPA & support for Audits

B.E. / B. Tech  Mechanical / Production Engineering with 4-8 years of Exprience in Grinding Area

- Basics of CNC Programming on Fanuc and Siemens controller  (Must)
- Knowledge of Machine & Process capability and SPC. (Must)
- Experience in Grinding processes  (Must)
- Experience in developing & implementing I 4.0 concepts
- Basic knowledge of various problem solving tools like 8D, PSS, Shianin, DOE, etc.
- Experience with Low cost automation
- Experience of Machine commisioning (Must)
- Data analytics skills ( Excel, Power BI)
- good working knowledge of Hydraulic and Pneumatic systems
- POKA YOKE identification and implementation to eliminate customer complaints
